When we first began this mission, every dollar came from our own pockets.
Website hosting, travel to visit patients, occasional financial aid, sponsoring certain herbs and supplements—it all added up to thousands of ringgit each year. We gladly poured in 7–10 hours each week: consulting with our panel of experts, creating resources, and offering guidance to anyone who needed help, all at no cost.
But here’s the hard truth: that model isn’t sustainable.

Because our help was free, many people took it for granted. Some didn’t follow our advice seriously—tragically, a few even passed away for not following through. Meanwhile, we grew exhausted and burned out.
And without financial support, we can’t do the bigger work that truly matters—conducting large-scale research and studies on holistic approaches to cancer care, the kind of research that big pharma will never fund. Those studies require time, experts, and resources far beyond what we can cover alone.
Also think about it: what good is a doctor who can’t even afford to feed herself or himself while trying to nurse patients back to health? Compassion doesn’t pay hosting fees, printing costs, or research expenses.

We work alongside conventional medicine and respect the life-saving role it plays.
In fact, because pharmaceutical companies have the resources, they can fund cutting-edge research and develop treatments that are genuinely effective and often life-saving. And because they invest billions in that research, of course they expect a return on investment.
