I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma early July 2022 and was immediately recommended to undergo six cycles of chemotherapy. I was even offered high-dose chemo but declined. I decided to proceed with the standard chemotherapy plan.
July 2022 – My First Chemo Journey
During those six cycles, I lost all my hair, and the battle was brutal. My appetite disappeared. My brain became foggy, everything tasted metallic, and I felt too weak to do anything except walk short distances. I vomited frequently, especially in the first few days after each chemo session.

The worst moments were when I got infected — twice — and had to undergo painful surgeries to remove abscesses and clean the infected areas. It was terrible. There were days I wished I would just die to end the suffering.
December 2022 – Remission, but…
By December 2022, my PET scan showed no active cancer. I thought the fight was over, that life would return to normal. But I was wrong.
Just four months later, I began feeling abnormal pressure inside my head. A biopsy revealed that the same lymphoma had returned — this time, it had spread behind my eyeball, growing to the size of a golf ball.
April 2023 – Chemo Again

Once again, I was devastated. I began another round of chemotherapy — known as Salvage Chemo — and all the same side effects returned.
To make things worse, after three cycles, I got infected with COVID-19. That experience nearly killed me. I was admitted into an isolation room with 24-hour oxygen support. It was one of the darkest periods of my life. I truly thought that was the end.
“I really wished I would just die, so that I would no longer suffer. But God had another plan.”
While lying in that isolation room, I had a spiritual encounter — a moment where I felt a deep assurance from God that everything would be okay. It was a turning point for me, one that renewed my will to live. (You can read more about that experience in my personal blog.)
June 2023 – Continued with Chemo, but It Didn’t Work
After recovering from COVID, I continued another two cycles of chemo. However, when I went for another PET scan in June 2023, it showed that my cancer had spread even further — into my organs and bones.
It was Stage 4. After all the suffering, the chemo hadn’t worked. It was devastating — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also question God at this point.
July 2023 – Hope Came from an Unexpected Place
Even in that darkness, hope appeared in unexpected ways. I miraculously met several cancer survivors who connected me with others — including a pharmacist and nutritionist named Mr. Looi, who completely changed how I viewed healing.

Through him, I was also introduced to another late stage cancer survivor who later introduced me to Guru Amma, a herbalist known for her powerful cancer-fighting herbal concoctions, and she prescribe me a powerful siddha herb called Pshapadu.

Meeting the People Who Changed Everything
Mr. Looi explained something that stayed with me forever:
“Cancer doesn’t just appear randomly. It thrives when the body becomes weak, acidic, and low in oxygen. When your body is alkaline, well-oxygenated, and your immune system strong, disease cannot thrive.”
This idea shifted everything for me. With his guidance and Guru Amma’s herbs, I began focusing on rebuilding my body rather than just fighting the disease.
Mr. Looi also spent a lot of time teaching me about the anti-cancer diet — what foods support healing, which ones to avoid, and how the body’s internal environment plays a huge role in recovery. He taught me the importance of keeping my body alkaline, avoiding processed and inflammatory foods, and focusing on greens, plant-based nutrients, and clean water. You can access his slide here, that he shared with me.
Together, both he and Guru Amma guided me not only with herbs and supplements but also with the right mindset, lifestyle, and daily discipline to help my body heal naturally. I also began drinking soursop leaf tea daily.
July – September 2023 – Healing on All Fronts
- Herbal medicine from Guru Amma
- Nutritional and lifestyle guidance from Mr. Looi
- Immunotherapy treatments (2 cycles – Pembrolizumab)
- A complete anti-cancer diet (plant-based, low sugar)
- Deep mindset and spiritual work — learning to calm my mind, visualize healing, and truly believe recovery was possible
It wasn’t overnight, but I began feeling better — more energy, clearer thinking, and my energy was totally normal. I even went for jogging every morning. Then, in September 2023, I did another PET scan.
It showed no traces of cancer. None at all.

Me and Jean couldn’t believe it. We were grateful but still cautious, afraid it might return. So we kept doing exactly what we’d been doing — combining allopathic, herbal, and lifestyle approaches.
March 2024 – Still Cancer-Free
Six months later, in March 2024, I did another PET scan (results out on 2nd April 2024) . It confirmed what we prayed for: still no cancer detected.

That’s when we finally felt confident that I was fully in remission. Since then, I have stopped all hospital treatments and rely entirely on my anti-cancer lifestyle, herbs, and some homeopathic support.
Fast-Forward to Today
Today, I live like a completely normal person — maybe even better. I’m energetic, I go to the gym regularly, and I’ve gained back my weight and muscle mass. Life feels whole again.

But here’s what’s important: Since achieving remission, I’ve learned so much more about cancer and healing — far beyond what I knew back then. That’s why me and Jean have been compiling everything we’ve learned into a clear process that can help others, too.
If you’re reading this and would like to know my latest, updated protocol, please be patient — it’s coming soon. In the meantime, you can read about our current process and how we help others.
TL;DR – My Stage 4 to Remission Protocol (in short)
When I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, I went through multiple rounds of chemo that didn’t work. But within 2.5 months of changing my entire approach — combining natural healing, nutrition, and faith — I reached full remission. Here’s the short version of what I did:
1. Changed My Diet Completely
With guidance from Mr. Looi (pharmacist & nutritionist), I switched to a mostly plant-based diet — about 50–70% greens, 20% meat, and the rest whole grains like brown rice.
I avoided red meat, sugar, and processed foods. My goal was to keep my body alkaline and low in inflammation.
2. Focused on Herbs and Natural Support
I took herbs that helped with immunity, detox, and cell repair —
- Pshapadu (main cancer herb)
- Kunyit Hitam (black turmeric)
- Moringa
- Tiger Milk Mushroom
- Habbatus Sauda (black seed)
- Soursop leaf tea (daily)

Each morning, I drank a green mix of super greens + 5Greens from BMS Organics + matcha green tea powder for alkalinity and energy. A few nights a week, I took a homemade “power shot” — honey, garlic, lemon, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and turmeric.

3. Lifestyle and Body Healing
- 30 minutes of sunlight daily
- Light exercise to strengthen immunity
- Wim Hof breathing before bed (to oxygenate the body)
4. Mind-Body Connection
I practiced visualization and prayer daily.
I’d imagine radiant light from heaven — or Jesus Himself — shining through my body, burning away all cancer cells.
I repeated affirmations like:
“My cancer is healed in Jesus’ mighty name.”
This helped me truly believe that healing was possible.
5. Integrative Approach (with Immunotherapy)
Alongside all these, I also did immunotherapy — and made sure my body could respond well by supporting it with foods rich in Akkermansia bacteria (like pomegranate).
I learned this from Dr. William Li’s work on how diet can improve treatment response.
6. Faith and Mental Peace
Faith was my anchor. Every step, I thanked God for healing — even before I saw the results.
That mindset changed everything.
Final Thoughts
Looking back, I realize that remission wasn’t just about killing cancer cells. It was about restoring balance — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
It was about faith, resilience, and learning that true healing starts from within.
“No matter how dark it feels, there is always hope — sometimes from the most unexpected places.”
If all things fails, and if you’re losing hope, try a simple ask to God for healing. Just ask this: ” God/Jesus, if you are real, can you please heal me? Or show me the path towards healing”
God didn’t fail me when I was at my darkest moment, and I’m sure he won’t fail you either.
